This newly renovated cottage is actually part of the history of the farm. The cottage was named after the man that lived in it for many years and became a well-known legend on the farm. Jan Fenna started working with Hannes `s granddad and was still working on the farm when Hannes started farming. His descendants are still living and working on the farm.

Accommodation

The cottage is situated on top of a hill and has a breathtaking view over the farm and countryside. The cottage has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a big kitchen– and living room area. It can sleep 5 people. The living room has an extra bed which can be used as a coach or a bed. The interior of the Guest House spilled over onto the cottage and it is furnished and decorated in the old Cape Dutch style. It is fully equipped with modern gas appliances, battery operated lanterns and romantic candles. Linen and towels are provided.

It consists of only 2 rooms:  A fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine, microwave and fridge / deepfreeze and a bedroom with a fan and a double bed with 2 steeple beds. 
There is an en-suite shower and toilet with a hand basin.

The cottage has two fireplaces, one inside and one outside. The fireplace in the kitchen is ideal for making a roaring fire in the cold winter months, but can also be used as an indoor barbeque area.
